As program chair for the ICAK my team and I have been working on the International ICAK meeting which will be in Washington DC July 20-23. Hope to see many of you there. Noah Lebowitz DC will be giving a one hour introduction to our work at the Quantum Neurology homecoming Nov 11-12 in LA.

SUPREME NUTRITION UPDATE
As mentioned in the last newsletter my sons have taken over Supreme Nutrition due to the retirement of Gale Weisenbarger. We hope to increase the number of new products we introduce (with one planned for next month), give free shipping on larger orders, and give you the ability to drop ship to patients, etc. We felt my sons buying the company was necessary so that we could keep the AK quality control in place (where each batch of raw materials has to pass AK testing above and beyond the GMP tests that all companies adhere to). They are always open to new product ideas, feedback etc. There will be user friendly online ordering as we are trying to steer docs to order online as opposed to the phone (with a 10% online order discount for your first order under new ownership expiring Nov 8th). 2016 Seminar DVD available
Our 2016 DVD of our Seattle class is now available. We are selling it both as an online class via vimeo and as a physical DVD. Vitamin D and muscle testing
For years I tested an encapsulated vitamin D powder product on patients and it virtually never tested. This proved true for most D (powdered) in capsules despite the brand. When I switched to a liquid D I got better results but still mainly negative- even in folks with low serum Vitamin D levels. Without getting into a discussion about the different forms of vitamin D etc- one basic AK finding I observed was if you took the liquid D and applied it to the skin it then strengthened an inhibited indicator muscle in a much higher percentage of patients than oral testing or biomagnetic testing. After applying it topically for a few days- it would then test orally. Applying it topically and not orally did not raise serum levels, though taking it orally did.
