CASE HISTORIES
1) Submitted by Jeff Robinson DC- Scottsdale AZ
A 35 year old female, came into office with vertigo after coming back from Puerto Vallarta. "Something" bit her zip lining. She had a huge swelling around the bite mark. Symptoms of vertigo started two days later when back in U.S. She went to the E.R. as her symptoms were so bad, they told her nothing showed in bloodwork and to follow up with an ENT.
Testing reveal (mixed protozoa, mixed fungus 3, mixed virus 2, Mixed Bacteria 2- AK Test kits 970-201-7406).) Melia Supreme and Morinda Supreme (Supreme Nutrition 800-922-1744) tested but I just chose just Melia from distance testing and the fact that she was reluctant to buy the Melia as she didn't believe me. (I only see her for structural corrections, and I told her almost all vertigo case in my practice were infections.) I told her to take 6/day, email I received back is below.

On October 7 a 10 year old girl presented with what was diagnosed as congenital alopecia. She wore a wig to hide nearly complete baldness. Testing revealed the following: Mixed Fungus 1, Herpes Virus 7 (from the Virus 3 kit), Casein and Methylxanthines
The following supplements tested positive:
Potassium and Magnesium Aspartate (Pure Encapsulations) – one capsule two times daily;
Liquid Vitamin D (Thorne Research) – two drops two times daily
Vital Guard Supreme (Supreme Nutrition) – take two capsules three times daily
L-Glutamine (Thorne Research) – take two capsules two times daily BETWEEN meals
The following instructions were given:
Avoid:
· Alcoholic Beverages of any kind (including beer, wine, wine coolers, etc.)
· Artificial sweeteners
· Barley Malt (or any other malt)
· Caffeine/Theobromine/ Theophylline/Methyl-paraxanthines [Coco, Chocolate, Cola, Guarana, Coffee, Black Tea, Green Tea, White Tea, Oolong, Açai Berries, Yerba Mate, etc.)
· Dairy (this includes butter, milk, yogurt, ice cream, cheese, whey, lactose, casein, etc. from any animal source)
· Fruit Juices (except lemon, lime and grapefruit)
· Honey
· Maple Syrup or any other syrup
· Sugar (dextrose, sucrose, maltose, maltodextrin, etc.)
· Fermented Soy products as well as other fermented products (soy sauce, soy miso, etc.)
· Soy
· Vinegar
· Yeast (baker’s and brewer’s)
Three weeks later I received the following email
Well, you did it again! We have definite hair growth. Sedona has been following the rules of eating and taking her vitamins.
