Case History Michael Lebowitz DC
1) Keri, a delightful 64 year old woman who was visiting from the Gold Coast of Australia had read my book God’s Preventative Medicine and decided to come and see me. She had developed asthma at 15 that eventually progressed into COPD. She also suffered from narcolepsy. She was on Symbicort (steroidal) for asthma as well as Spiriva (anticholinergic). For narcolepsy she was taking Modafinil (stimulant) for the narcolepsy.
Using the protocol kit as well as food kit A and the biofilm kit (AK test kits 970-201-7406) the following vials showed up: H.Pylorii, Bacterial 1, E Coli Biofilm. Chicken, Caffeine, Zucchini, Peppers, Spelt, Carrot. She tested for the following supplements: Scutellaria Supreme, Melia Supreme, BFB2 (all Supreme Nutrition 800-922-1744) as well as L-Tyrosine (Pure Encapsulations).
I saw Keri again recently as she just returned to the US. Keri reported that on her own she immediately stopped the Symbicort and after a few days the Spiriva and after a week the Modafinil. She stopped because she was symptom free (she had lung issues for 50 years). She hadn’t totally cut out the caffeine but had cut it down by 75% and a few times chicken and carrot slipped in. Otherwise she was totally compliant. The re-exam found no microbe vials. The only findings were rice, gliadin, and e.coli biofilm (this had showed the first visit). Supplements were LuRong Supreme (she had intuitively felt she needed it and it tested well). She needed to stay on Melia and L-Tyrosine. Considering we had only had one previous visit for a complaint of 50 years duration the results were very, very satisfying for us both. One of those cases you want to give the praise to God.

Case History
A personal testimony sent to one of the practitioners (Amy Zalbowitz) we trained:
I have been treated for Chronic Lyme Disease (and various co-infections) on and off for over 15 years. A few years ago, I received a diagnosis of CIRS as well after living in an apartment with black mold. I have seen a variety of doctors and practitioners for help over the years, and tried a range of conventional and alternative treatment modalities. Most recently, I saw a functional medicine doctor who was very expensive and had me on, what felt like, every supplement under the sun. 4. Body Restoration An Owners Manual - An updated and expanded version of my first book Body Mechanics published almost 30 years ago. Part 1 has a chapter on each organ/gland. Each chapter teaches basic anatomy and physiology, causes and symptoms of dysfunction, as well as simple treatments your patient can do at home to complement your treatment. Part 2 explains the role of dysbiosis, food intolerances, toxic metals, nutritional deficiencies and neurotransmitter imbalances in health. The book is a great review for the doctor, but better yet it is a great tool to recommend to your patient. It will give them a better understanding of how their body works and the causes of health and disease, as well as the rationale of why you treat the way you do. It is very pro chiropractic.
