I hope you all are well. There will be a lot of announcements in this newsletter.
For those of you that missed the ICAK meeting, it was a great meeting with lots of useful information to use in your practice, great camaraderie, etc. I was honored to be awarded the George Goodheart award. We expect vimeos of the presentations to be available in the near future.
We are tentatively planning to bring back the winter meeting. Keep an eye out for details but what it looks like at the moment is a mid-January 2023 meeting on Oahu (January 13-15). It will be geared for both learning and fun. Four hours of classes each morning (3 days) and then the rest of the day to enjoy the sun and all Oahu has to offer. The classes will probably be 2 hours each so we can get in depth teaching. We expect a smaller more intimate meeting and I am looking forward to it.

Case History
From Noah Lebowitz DC Makawao, HI
Male patient, 32 years of age. I've seen him 9 times over the past 2 years. General health complaints that we always fixed up. Nothing super remarkable. One complaint he has though that persisted was the feeling of low grade prostate inflammation. All labs and tests were negative. Prior STI history but nothing for a while.
Testing him I would find microbes, foods, metals, etc. Treated those. They would help the prostate inflammation but never 100% resolve it. And whatever progress we would make, would eventually return. Doing prostate massage helped more than anything else.
I had him bring in a semen sample on visit 10 (totally forgot to earlier). He weakened on it and the sample was negated by SP-21 as well as BFB-1 and BFB-2 (Supreme Nutrition Products). I had tested the whole biofilm test kit over the prostate in the past, but no findings.
I had him apply BFB-1 and BFB-2 over the prostate (he diluted it in shea butter). On his next visit 2 months later he reported within 2 days all of his prostate inflammation had left and not returned.
Can't believe I forgot to check a sample earlier, but super impressed with how fast and impressive the BFB oils worked.

Clinical Tidbits
A doc recently asked us to make a list of how some Supreme Nutrition Products effect neurotransmitters. This is what we came up with:
Increases dopamine/epinephrine: Mucuna, Morinda, Dan Shen, Chaste Tree
Increases Serotonin: Scutellaria, Morinda , Ashwagandha, Albizia, Melia
Increases GABA: Ashwagandha, Albizia, Endo
Decreases Dopamine: Ashwagandha
American Ginseng: increase dopamine/epinephrine and serotonin. Works more so as an adaptogen for neurotransmitters thus normalizing levels.
