I hope you are well. The International ICAK meeting in Nashville was a big success with attendees from 17 countries, great presentations, etc. Next year there will be 3 national/international meetings. February in Orlando, June in South Korea and Kansas City in July. Speakers confirmed for Orlando so far are Michael and Noah Lebowitz, Steve Gangemi, John Bandy, Marc Ellis and JJ Gregor. You can get more information at icakusa.com. It has also been a rough month as we lost 2 great doctors who passed away: Lou Obersteadt and Scott Moss. Both were dear friends and caring, loving, physicians.

Lebowitz Move- leaving Hawaii, moving to TX
Michael, Cynthia, Noah, Hannah, Isaac, Rachel, and Evie are leaving HI and moving to TX in early August. We loved Maui but a combination of taxes, spiritual community for the grandkids, and long distance travel (as almost every trip is an overnight flight) made us come to this decision.
Both families will live in Argyle, TX and our office may be in Fort Worth or closer to Argyle. We plan to only take chronic cases (mostly from out of town) and referrals from other health care practitioners. We hope to be involved with the AK club at Parker and also be a help to local AK docs in any way we can. We will start a wait list soon (you can email me if you want to be put on one).
We also plan to keep up our one-on-one instruction classes for more in depth, intimate learning.
Excuse the shortness of this newsletter but we are overwhelmed with packing, etc.

2. Personal Seminars with Dr. Lebowitz: Dr. Lebowitz teaches seminars to one or two doctors at a time at his office on Maui. This is probably the best way to learn our protocols with a personalized, hands on experience. To schedule one of these classes you need to either have watched the above vimeo or already taken a class with Dr. Lebowitz over the past 5 years. The book is a great review for the doctor, but better yet it is a great tool to recommend to your patient.
