I hope you all are well. We are settling into TX and hope to have our (Noah and my) office open in January in downtown Fort Worth. It is a large space with space for a classroom and we hope to have other practitioners (independent contractors) who do complementary techniques, join us (plus maybe one who is very proficient in our work). Case History- Michael Lebowitz
Jack is a 25-year-old male who presented with GI issues both acute and chronic, including periodic vomiting, fatigue, weakness, upper right abdominal paid that resulted in 5 trips to the ER. The condition had been going on for 18 months. He had had a colonoscopy with a clean biopsy, a regular endoscopy (diagnosed hiatal hernia) and a capsule endoscopy (found minor erosions in the SI). He also went to a uruologist who found nothing. He was on a few self prescribed vitamins as well as Baclofen and Zofran, neither of which was providing help. He was on a typical whole food, relatively low carb diet, gluten and dairy free.
Lebowitz protocol evaluation showed H. Pylorii, Fungus 2, Bacteria 1, and Virus 1 along with Casein, Caffeine, and Onion. Supplements prescribed were Melia Supreme, Golden Thread Supreme, Black Walnut Supreme and Potassium Citrate. We checked again the next day and added Takesumi and Tulsi Supreme. We also did an AK correction on the hiatal hernia and origin/insertion technique on the piriformis.
Jack became symptom free very quickly but 10 days in had a mild flare up when onion snuck into a meal. I advised him to take 5 takesumi caps which resolved it. So after $1000’s of dollars and at least 3 invasive tests just some simple dietary intervention and a few herbs brought quick resolution.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years practical experience and bring a combination of Chiropractic license and hands-on treatment experience, Applied Kinesiology training and experience as well as knowledge of nutrition and herbs as medicine.

Live Well Holistic is Dr. Martin Orimenko, who brings 35 years of practice experience (the last 15 have been at this current location), 2 massage therapists, an organized and health-coach-trained front desk team of 2, an infrared sauna room and a large natural supplement pharmacy here to help treat a wide range of health issues and optimize wellness.
