Dear Colleagues;

I hope you are well. We recently returned from the international meeting of the ICAK where we presented a lecture (mainly to Korean MD surgeons) about the role of infections in musculoskeletal issues. Noah was also elected chairman of the organization while we were there.

We will be teaching a seminar sometime in the fall and maybe more than one as we expect to have a nice classroom in our Fort Worth office once it opens.

As to just shorter presentations we will be at the ICAK-USA in KC in July, and the QN and CPK annual meetings in the fall.

We also started a monthly webinar for practitioners. You can find it at https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLpT4LBTswbEhhxtEkWdtTz-rOawY8eSuv and access past lectures

New product

Echinacea Tincture I hesitated to put out echinacea for years as none of the ones I had used for the last 45 years performed according to my expectations so when Noah felt we needed another tincture with anti-viral properties I wasn’t optimistic when he recommended it. He proceeded to dump many samples on my desk of different species, parts of the plant and from various suppliers and asked me to find a combination that tested well of patients and surprisingly we did.

Echinacea purpurea is one of the most extensively researched and historically revered botanical medicines in the world, renowned for its profound ability to support the immune system and defend against seasonal challenges.

When developing this product, we conducted extensive clinical testing across multiple Echinacea species and plant parts—including Echinacea purpurea root, E. purpurea aerial parts, Echinacea angustifolia root, and E. angustifolia aerial parts. Through this clinical evaluation, we discovered that combining the root and aerial parts of Echinacea purpurea yielded the absolute best clinical synergy with our clients.*

From a biochemical standpoint, this makes perfect sense. The aerial parts of E. purpurea are incredibly rich in water-soluble polysaccharides and chicoric acid, which are known to directly stimulate immune cell activity and provide robust antioxidant defense. Meanwhile, the roots are densely packed with alkylamides, which excel at modulating inflammatory pathways and crossing cell membranes to support macrophage and Natural Killer (NK) cell function (1, 2). By combining the two, you receive a full-spectrum, highly bioavailable immune shield (3).

Our Extraction Process To capture the complete range of these bioactive compounds, we utilize a specialized, multi-step extraction method. The herbs undergo an initial extraction using organic cane alcohol, which is necessary to pull out the potent, fat-soluble alkylamides from the root alongside the water-soluble compounds of the aerial parts. We then carefully remove and replace the alcohol with organic glycerin. This yields a highly concentrated, full-spectrum extract with a very low alcohol concentration, making it gentle on the stomach, highly palatable, and exceptionally effective.

Key Clinical Benefits:

· Rapid Immune Modulation: E. purpurea actively stimulates the body's innate immune defenses, enhancing the activity and phagocytic function of macrophages, neutrophils, and Natural Killer (NK) cells to help the body identify and clear threats faster (4, 5).

· Antimicrobial & Antiviral Defense: Research demonstrates that E. purpurea extracts possess broad-spectrum defense capabilities, showing potent inhibitory effects against multiple common respiratory viruses and bacterial pathogens (6, 7).

· Systemic Antioxidant Support: The high concentration of caffeic acid derivatives (like chicoric acid) provides powerful antioxidant activity, helping to protect cells from oxidative stress and free radical damage during immune challenges (2, 8).

· Balanced Inflammatory Response: The alkylamides in the root help modulate cytokine production (such as lowering pro-inflammatory IL-6 and IL-8), ensuring the immune system responds robustly without triggering an excessive, damaging inflammatory cascade (1, 9).

Recommended Dosage: Take 10-30 drops 3 times daily, or as directed by a physician.

Contraindications: Individuals with autoimmune conditions or those taking immunosuppressive medications should consult their physician before use. Do not use if pregnant or nursing without physician approval.

Case Histories-

1. Patient referral to Elva Edwards DC- Denver

Dear Dr. Michael,

I wanted to thank you for referring me to Elva Edwards! I saw her a week ago and she found lots of food sensitivities and some microbes. Said I tested for 18 things. I am feeling better from changing my diet which is challenging because there was quite a bit and there may be more but she said I need to be able to eat something. She put me on Japanese Knotweed, Camu, Andrographus, Olive Leaf and Manjistha (all Supreme Nutrition Products). She said I had a lymph problem even though I rebound daily and do the vibration plate, walk and work on my lymph’s. She discovered that my stomach was stuck up high and fixed that (hiatal hernia syndrome). I can breathe now. I asked her to look at my knee which has been painful for over 4 months and after she worked in it there was no pain!!! You were right. It is worth the trip!

Grateful for you,

2. Patient of mine-Mary is a 45 year old woman whose main complaints

were eye/body twitching, fatigue, headaches and achy joints. As most of my patients she was very health oriented and on a clean whole food mainly diet. Findings with our protocol kit showed Candida, Fungus 2, Virus 2, Virus +4, Rickettsia, Egg, Chicken, Gluten, Corn, Silver, Zirconium, Titanium, Silicon and Fe. We put her on a fungal diet and she tested for more supplements than my average patient. By Supreme Nutrition products: Melia, Takesumi, Scutellaria, cat's Claw, Oral Supreme and by Pure Encapsulation L-Tyrosine and Calcium MCHA with magnesium.

The eye twitching she had daily for the past 6 months. Two weeks later she reported no eye floaters, increased energy and basically asymptomatic. Testing showed a need to stay on just the cal MCHA with mag, L-tyrosine, and Oral Supreme. She continues to do well.

3. Lana is a 60-year-old woman who complained of chronic constipation

and exhaustion. She was presently on 21 supplements from her functional medicine doc plus some self-prescribed. The following vials from our Protocol kit were positive: Parasite 1 and 2, Bacteria 1, Virus 3, Candida and Fungus 2, albumin, Casein, Lactose, Zein, Caffeine and gadolinium. She also weakened on her bedroom air. We took her off all 21 supplements and replaced them with seven (more than typical) as follows: by Supreme- Artemesia, Black Walnut, Manjistha, Scutellaria, Gud for All, L-Tyrosone, and Magnesium citrate (about 450 mg which replaced the 1200mg she was on of OptiMag).

On her recheck she reported that from day 1 she has had normal bowel movements plus a nice increase in energy which has remained.
