I hope you are well and that I will see many of you at ICAK in Chicago in June where I will be presenting a 30 minute talk/demonstration on toxic metals. I have been appreciating the new testing procedures and vials so much. My patient treatment time has been cut 30-40% while still testing all the same parameters (sometimes more) and having the same results (see case histories). We are still teaching one on one seminars to physicians here at our home/office (see page 4) and Jay Wilson and I are hoping to put out a new video this summer and perhaps an advanced seminar video by the fall.
CASE HISTORIES
- Cathy is a 49-year-old RN who presented about 2 months ago with a severe case of Menieres syndrome with symptoms including tinnitus, nausea and vomiting. She had missed the last 10 weeks of work due to the condition. She also suffered from headaches (3-4 per week), fatigue and PMS.
The local ‘natural’ MD had decided on a course of intravenous DMPS but Cathy decided to come here first. She weakened on our composite fungal and bacterial vials (test kit consultants 1-970-243-0477) as well as dairy and wheat. We did not find metals either in the clear or even with specialized techniques to bring up hidden weaknesses. We desensitized her and supplemented with SF722, Berbercap, Basic Nutrients I and L-Tyrosine (Thorne Research 1-800-228-1966). Cathy returned 3 weeks later and said the Menieres was gone and she was returning to work. There was no nausea, vomiting or headaches. She still had some tinnitus but much less and her PMS was minimal compared to before. We found no evidence of fungal or bacterial involvement. She continues on Basic Nutrients I and L-Tyrosine and we added Cal-Mag Citramate. She was very pleased and intends to bring in her 3 sons all diagnosed with gluten intolerance.
- Gerri is a 63-year-old female who flew here from FL to be treated as a 4 day “intensive patient”. For the past 40 years she had has basically a constant headache that has been diagnosed as migraines. She averaged 3 headache free days a month. The headaches are accompanied by visual changes, “deep earaches” and occasional vomiting. She was on Inderol and a variety medication to “take the edge off”.
Testing with the new vials from Test Kit Consultants (1 970-243-0477) we found weakening on the composite vials for fungus, bacteria and parasites as well as beef, chicken, dairy, orange, avocado, banana, mustard, chicken, corn, baking powder and pistachios. She also strengthened on SF722, Berbercap, Artecin, PicMins, Magnesium Citrate (Thorne). There were weaknesses of the left upper trapezius and the levator scapula bilaterally.
We desensitized he, did muscle work, and started her on her dietary program. Over the next few days metals started to show on testing (composite metal vial, gold, iron, mercury, manganese) and we added Captomer-250 as well as an herbal progesterone.
When she left 4 days later there was a little lessening of her headaches in duration and intensity. We kept her on supplements and off beef, corn and baking powder as these kept repeating despite desensitization over 3 days.
Yesterday I received the following email from her daughter (6 weeks after her leaving Colorado):
Hello Dr. Lebowitz. I wanted you to know that my Mom, Gerri, has not had a single migraine since seeing you in Colorado. As you predicted, she does still deal with minor headaches that she is able to control with a single aspirin. Husband alleges wife killing him with smells

STUART, Fla. -- David Taylor says his wife wasn't trying to be romantic when she doused herself with perfume and huddled close. He says she was trying to kill him.
Lynda Taylor, 36, was arrested Thursday on a charge of aggravated battery for alleging wearing perfume, spraying Lysol and bug killer, burning scented candles and loading the house with lavender scented sachets in an effort to make her chemically sensitive husband seriously ill.
Taylor is disabled due to allergies and other medical problems that his doctors say resulted from exposure to toxic mold and hazardous chemicals as a construction worker. That exposure netted him a recent $150,000 worker's compensation settlement.
David Taylor told Martin sheriff's investigators that he and his wife were having problems and talking about a separation after almost three years of marriage. She became "enraged" when he refused to give her half of his worker's compensation award, he said.
“Lynda came in the kitchen wearing perfume and applied some to (her daughter). Then went around the house spraying Lysol and even sprayed some in my face," David Taylor wrote in his complaint.
Attorney Karen Steger, representing Lynda Taylor, said the charge is a major misuse of the criminal justice system.
"The guy's a faker," she said Friday. "He just wants to gain an advantage in the divorce case."
David Taylor, 46, worked for Martin County and ran an unsuccessful campaign for property appraiser in 2000. But he is now classified as fully disabled due to allergies and problems that his doctors say resulted from exposure to Martin County's "sick" courthouse and constitutional office complex in the years he worked there.
Toxic mold in the buildings was so severe it caused health problems and prompted an evacuation and reconstruction of the complex more than 10 years ago.
Dr. Albert Robbins provided investigators with a letter and reports confirming that David Taylor suffers from extreme chemical sensitivity and that his wife is aware of it. "This involves avoidance of all fragrances, air fresheners and other volatile chemicals," Robbins wrote in a letter dated
April 8, four days after the perfume incident in which David Taylor called 911. A deputy who answered the call told the couple there was nothing illegal about wearing perfume or using Lysol and told them to work it out in civil court.
David Taylor claims as soon as the deputy left, his wife bought a variety of candles, plug-in air fresheners and other fragrances that she distributed throughout the house, saying, "They said it's not against the law to wear perfume. Now you're really going to get it," according to arrest records.
"This exposure made me very ill with severe brain fog, headache, numbness and trembling and pain throughout my body so severe I could barely move. In observing this, Lynda stated that she hopes I die, but in any event, the money will be hers."
The courthouse and constitutional office buildings opened in 1989 and were extensively refurbished after being evacuated in 1992. The county sued the company that supervised the construction project and won more than $20 million. None of the employees who claimed they became sick from the buildings were able to collect on any lawsuits against the builders, but Taylor was one of a few to win worker's compensation settlements. He told investigators the settlement came just a few weeks ago and that's when his wife's attitude began to change.
David and Lynda Taylor could not be reached for comment Friday and his lawyer, Cynthia Grooms Marvin, said she could not talk about the case.
Steger hopes to convince prosecutors to drop the whole thing before it goes any further. "They're using the State Attorney's Office to get what they couldn't get in civil court."
