Dear Colleagues:

I hope you all are well. I am not sure when Dr. Jay Wilson and I will be teaching again. Hopefully we will this spring, though nothing is scheduled yet. We have both been quite busy and have had a hard time finding a date that works for both of us. It should happen sometime this year but we cannot be more specific yet. I encourage you all to come to the one on one seminars I am having here in my office. I find these classes especially useful since we specifically gear these to the needs of the coming practitioner and treatment is included during the course of the day. See the last page of this newsletter for more details. We recently trained a D.O from Moscow and have another physician coming from Korea next month.

Next month I hope to bring you up to date on some nutritional research I have been doing but this month I thought I would give you an assortment of short simple case histories that responded very well and quickly.

CASE HISTORIES

1. Kari is a 39 year old female who presented with fatigue, bloating, and athletes foot of long duration. She was on an assortment of vitamins that were not helping and seeing a chiropractor. Some of the vitamins were self prescribed and some from the chiropractor. On our exam she weakened on composite vials of Fungus and Rickettsia (Test Kit Consultants 1-888-323-0625) and these vials were negated by Artecin and SF722 (Thorne Research 1-800-228-1966). She also weakened on dairy and the Environmental and Industrial Chemical composite vial. We put her on the appropriate diet, desensitized her and supplemented with SF722, Artecin, Basic B, Biomins II and Glutathione (Thorne). She has now been asymptomatic for 4 months except for some occasional chiropractic work she comes if for periodically. She remains on the Basic B as well as

L-Tyrosine which showed on her recheck.

2. Rick is a 47 year old male who developed inflammatory, migrating joint pain after a trip to Africa. It had been going on for almost 2 years when he contacted our office. He had many vaccinations before the trip and had a reaction to the hepatitis B vaccine. Feldene had not provided relief. On our exam he weakened on almost all the vaccination vials in our test kit (Test Kit Consultants) and the only thing that negated them was DiPan-9 (Thorne). He also weakened on the composite vials for Rickettsia and Environmental and Industrial Chemicals. We supplemented with DiPan 9, Glucosamine-Chondroitan, and Artecin (Thorne). Rick became aymptomatic but only remains so if he stays on Artecin and DiPan. If he drops either one, his symptoms return. Rick needs to come in for more follow-up work to get more permanent resolution but is very pleased with his progress so far.

3. Ann is a 39 year old midwife who is also a competitive trail runner. She came in with a working diagnosis of plantar fascitis on her left foot that had kept her from running for six months. X-Rays by the podiatrist revealed a large spur on her calcaneus. She had tried cortisone shots which actually aggravated the problem. She then had been on 800 mg. of ibuprofen daily and slept in a brace, both to no avail. Heavy body work had once relieved her symptoms but only for three days. Of course we found and corrected many muscle imbalances and a few foot subluxations. She weakened on the heavy metal vial when she TL’ed her foot (we often see metal involvement in foot cases and often the vial needs to be tested over the foot or while the patient TL’s the foot) and it was negated by Thiocid. She also needed supplementation with Basic B, BiominsII and Super EPA (Thorne). Ann had steady improvement and was symptom free and running in two months time and remains symptom free six months later, coming in to get checked and refill her supplements on an as need basis for other structural complaints. In Ann’s case with a large spur on the X-Ray I didn’t know what to expect, so was pleasantly surprised when our treatment worked so well.

4. Samantha is a 53 year old woman who was becoming very withdrawn and spending almost all her time in her house. Her husband was very concerned and felt it might be due to menopause. I have treated her successfully over the years but it had been over six months since I had seen her and there had been some very stressful incidents over those last six months. Sam checked to be free of dysbiosis and food sensitivities as far as well could tell and from a muscle testing standpoint we could not detect any hormonal imbalances that required treatment. The only thing we found were some deficiencies and we needed to supplement with Basic Nutrients III, MethylCobalamin, and L-Tyrosine (Thorne). Withinn a week Sam was nearly back to her “old self” and continues to improve as long as she stays on her supplements. She has a tendency to run out and not refill them until the symptoms start creeping back despite my advising her to refill immediately. I do not do that in every case but I have treated her long enough to know she needs to stay on these fairly indefinitely.
