I hope you are doing well. This has been a good winter for us. The last half of February we will be in AZ as usual. As are most of our “holidays”, it will be a working one to some extent. I will be working with at least one (if not more) professional baseball players who have never recovered performance wise since major injuries. There are many professional athletes who recover symptom wise from injuries, but have a hard if not impossible time reaching previous levels of performance. Our protocols plus good old fashion chiropractic and AK come a long way in restoring them to previous performance levels. I love doing this kind of work. As I have been getting more into the “nitty gritty” of nutritional research, it astounds me at times how different batches of the same herb but grown in different localities can muscle test very differently. Also, they can test differently in different years if grown in the same area- as fertilization methods might change (even if organic) and many other variables can be involved (pollution levels, climatic conditions, etc.). This can also be true for different nutrients. For example if 2 companies manufacture zinc picolinate- samples of the actual unadulterated powders from the two companies may test differently depending on processing methods, materials used in the manufacturing process etc.
I have an excellent relationship with Mid American Marketing (1-800-922-1744) and they have agreed to send me samples of Morinda Supreme and Body Guard Supreme before they bottle them to make
sure the samples test as well previous batches. Also if the batches change they will mail you new test vials for your kits. This way, on a kinesiological level we can also have quality assurance.
Case Histories
1. Sammy is a 25-year-old construction worker, who was helping us build a waiting room in our office building. His boss told me Sammy had been spitting up blood for 3 weeks. He had had this condition previously a few months back and had gone to a local MD. All the usual tests were performed and he was told he had “an infection”. They placed him on antibiotics, which cleared the condition after a few weeks and it stayed away for 2 months before returning.
We tested him and found the composite mixed internal parasite vial was positive along with the helicobacter vial (AK Test Kits 1-888-623-0625). We also found sensitivity to wheat. We took him off wheat and poultry for 2 weeks (we take all helicobacter positive patients off poultry as it can be a major source of re-infection). We supplemented with Morinda Supreme (Mid American) and L-Glutamine (in powdered form from Thorne Research 1 800-228-1966 - 1 scoop t.i.d). Within one day he stopped coughing up blood and has felt wonderful. It is now a month later and he has re-introduced the foods successfully. We encouraged a medical follow-up to rule out any more serious conditions.
2. Tammi is a 36-year-old female who has suffered from severe anxiety problems for 7 years. It started post partum and after a move to a moldy house. It has been fairly disabling, but she couldn’t take prescription medicine due to the side effects. She tested positive on the following vials: Fungus 2 composite, Chlamydia composite, egg, wheat. We desensitized her, took her off the foods and off refined sweetening and fermented foods for 14 days and supplemented with Morinda Supreme (Mid American), L-Taurine, L-Tyrosine (1 on awakening, 1 mid morning) and 5 HTP (1 early evening and 1 before bed). She returned 3 weeks later (she lives a 6 hour drive away) to report that she was symptom free for the first time in seven years. She tested that she needed to stay on all the supplements (we cut her Morinda dose down from 3 caps 3x/day to 3 caps once daily) and we will continue to monitor her.
