Dear Colleagues
I hope you all are we. This newsletter will have an international flair in a sense. Our case histories will be coming from a great practitioner in Sweden and I am writing this introduction from Narita airport outside of Tokyo. My older son, Josiah, took an 8 month long job to teach English from pre-school through 6th grade at a public school in the small town of Nogi, about 1 hour north of Tokyo. I accompanied him on the initial part of his journey to help him set up his apartment and for both of us to tour a little. It has been a very rewarding trip.
Today with time to kill on the train and at the airport, I have been contemplating the health of the Japanese. Other than the small nation of San Marino, Japan has the highest life expectancy in the world. My impressions from my trip are that it appears to be as polluted as it is in the US. At the same time I see relatively few physicians’ offices and hospitals, almost no DCs, few acupuncturists and herbalists, and very few health food stores. Most of the prepared products you buy are as chemically laden as those in the US. What is the key to their longer life? I have pondered this and do not know the answer for sure but have come up with a few thoughts:
1) Most people bike- it was quite common to see people even in their eighties biking around town and also quite a few folks working in their gardens. Those that commute to work by train (a large % of the population) typically bike to the train station too. I found when I lived in Hawaii in the 1980’s how important outdoor exercise is for ones health and this reconfirmed it.
2) Sweets though readily available and consumed are done so in very small sized portions. For example most ice cream is sold in 4 ounce
containers and in all the supermarkets I went to, I am not sure I saw anything bigger than a pint and even those were rare. Favorite flavors included green tea and aduki bean. Green tea of course is a big part of the culture and whether that adds to the health there, is a possibility. People with obvious chronic diseases were much less visible there as were things like obesity.
3) Even though fruits were outrageously priced ($8 per pond for grapes and $2 per apple) and frozen fruits and vegetables were not common at all, people eat an abundance of mineral rich seaweed, as well as mushrooms, ferns, etc. Popular veggies include okra, radish, and squash, but usually in small quantities. A typical meal might have 5 courses with a soup (often containing seaweed, tofu, a few veggies and perhaps chicken), a small salad (shredded cabbage) as an appetizer or kim-chee or cucumber, rice, tea, a small amount of meat, and a dessert. Even though a cantaloupe is $10, also for that same $10, 2 people can eat their fill at a wonderful sushi restaurant. Not eating pork or shellfish wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be and I was able to tolerate nori in large amounts (in the US it sends me into an acute “mercury episode” and I need to run and take some Captomer (Thorne 1-800-228-1966) to get back to normal.
4) When people have an acute infection (cold, etc.) they wear a mask in public (looks like a surgeon’s mask) to lessen the spread of the microbe.
5) I remained microbe free (probably at least in part to my Morinda Supreme (Mid American 1-800-922-1744) intake. I think we can all learn from the Japanese. They are a respectful and grateful society.
We thank all of you that have ordered our new seminar DVD's and hope they are helping you. Please feel free to email any questions you may have after watching them. We encourage all of you who haven't purchased to consider it as it has the potential to even better your results with patients.
Since I just returned from Japan and have much to catch up on, I am keeping this newsletter short and will get right to the case histories.
CASE HISTORIES from Stefan Frank in Sweden
CASE HISTORY 1:
Gunilla is a 60 year old woman who presented with severe sensitivity
to (sun) light and had to wear dark glasses to protect herself. She
also had symptoms like fatigue, headache, sleeping difficulties and a
sensitivity to food and environment (EMF and others). She weakened on
the following vials (AK Test Kits 1-888-323-0625): Borrelia, Fungus,
Helicobacter, Parasites Internal, Industrial and Environmental
Chemicals, Dairy, Wheat and Zucchini. She also weakened on EMF's. All
microbes were negated by Morinda Supreme and Industrial and
Environmental Chemicals and EMF was both negated by Bodyguard Supreme.
On organ/gland screening she weakened on Pineal, Pituitary, Adrenal,
Thyroid and Liver. All but Liver was negated by Endo Supreme, and
Liver was negated by BodyGuard Supreme.
She also tested positive on Iodine-Tyrosine and Meta-Fem.
We desensitized her and supplemented with BodyGuard Supreme, Morinda Supreme, Endo Supreme (Mid American Marketing 1-800-922-1744), Iodine-Tyrosine and Meta-Fem (Thorne Research 1-800-228-1966). We took her off refined sweetening and fermented products.
Four weeks later she was asymptomatic and could stay out in direct
sunlight without dark glasses for the first time in many, many years.
CASE HISTORY 2:
Her husband Anders is a 58 year old man who presented with joint pains (mostly in hands and arms), fatigue and he felt depressed. He also easily catches colds and other infections. He was currently on strong pain killers and on chemotherapy (for at least 3 years with no improvement).
He weakened on the following vials: Fungus, Helicobacter, Parasites and Dairy. He also weakened on EMF's. All microbes were negated by Morinda Supreme and EMF was negated with Bodyguard Supreme (Both from Mid American Marketing 1-800-922-1744). He tested positive on Basic Nutrients III, Cortrex , L-Tyrosine and Zinc Carbonate (All from Thorne Research 1-800-228-1966). We desensitized him and supplemented with all of the above and took him off refined sweetening and fermented products. Three weeks later all his pain is gone (no pain killers) and so is his depression. He hasn't caught any colds or any other infections during this time (still hasn't). His energy level has improved to close to normal. He is still on chemotherapy (his MD doesn't even
agree to reduce dose). We let him stay on Morinda Supreme (2 scopes
per day) and Bodyguard Supreme (might be needed as long as he is on
chemotherapy, Bodyguard negates the weakening caused by the medicine).
Again, it is a wonderful set of products that you have developed! It
makes the work with clients more efficient and surely cut down the
treatment time.
