I have been involved with some very exciting research recently. We have found testing procedures to help us find what you might call “stealth microbes” that hide from the immune system. Not surprisingly these also hide from the typical muscle testing we do. Utilizing these new tests especially on our chronic patients we have found that almost all of them house microbes we previously missed or thought were clear but were not. This applies especially to lyme and its co-infections, but other microbes too. We have also developed ways to both find and degrade biofilms in our protocol with both new products (to be released next month via Supreme Nutrition-see next newsletter) and testing.
The key to helping these patients is finding the balance between killing microbes, degrading biofilms and detoxification. Too little or too much emphasis on any of these components can do more harm than good. For your patients that have improved with your treatments but never gotten well, this is a must- especially for chronic joint pain, fatigue, memory loss, heart issues and about anything else.
I have taught this to a few physicians who have ventured out to CO and at this point plan to teach it at one group setting this year. It will be at my preconference session at ICAK Thursday June 6th. I originally intended to teach my normal protocol but with all the new research I really felt a need to shift topics. This four hour class will teach both our original protocol for treating various microbes (fungi, bacteria, virus, parasites, etc) as well as this new advanced material, so all should benefit, even beginning practitioners as well as the most advanced. We may not be taping this so unless you come to Grand Junction this may be the only time it is taught this year. You do not have to be an ICAK member to attend and they charge somewhere in the range of $100 for the class. I am excited to be teaching this material and hope to see you there.

NEW TESTING TIDBIT
1) Oftentimes some antimicrobials do not have an optimal effect due to minor hypercoagulation in the patient so the supplement won’t reach all the places the microbe resides. For those of you that have taken a class of mine you have seen us use a “distance test” to see how important a given supplement is. We have found in many cases that testing the antimicrobial with HemoGuard Supreme often increases the distances substantially even if the person was negative on the usually hypercoagulation screening. This appears to indicate that taking HemoGuard along with the anti-microbial will increase the anti-microbials effectiveness. Remember do not prescribe HemoGuard if the patient is on blood thinners as it will add to its effect.

Dr. Lebowitz;
As you know we had a little girl on November 5th, 2012. Ever since birth her tongue has been white or what I would consider "thrush" like. Our pediatrician informed us that this was "normal" which I disagreed with. We tried using Takesumi Supreme and another product which also included charcoal which was suppose to help with colic. Your son Noah was visiting my office and I asked if he would test my wife and baby. Both my wife and baby tested for aflatoxins, zearolenone and hypertonic to stachybotrus chartum (all in the Mycotoxin kit by AK Test Kits), (We had a hidden mold problem that was unfortunately discovered towards the end of the pregnancy.)

Within one week her white tongue was completely gone and her demeanor was much better, less fussy "colicky", sleeping longer, smiling more! We were not consistent with the baby taking Takesumi because we had used it before with no improvement, so I feel that Noah's prescription for my wife is what removed the toxins responsible for our babies thrush. I've heard that candida is naturally present in our mouth and actually there to protect us. In my baby's case I think it was showing a toxin present in the milk even though testing the milk against the baby showed no weakness. The book is a great review for the doctor, but better yet it is a great tool to recommend to your patient.
