Dear Colleagues:

I hope you had great holidays and are doing well. This is a busy rest of the winter for us. I will hopefully get the hardware (3 pins and wires) out of my knee in February as well as take the SPEC exam so I can be licensed in a few more states. I am also finishing an ebook on the natural preventative health measures taught in the book of Leviticus. I am teaching 2 weekly classes on top of this and seeing patients as well as working on a new AK research paper with my son Noah which may have many people rethink how they approach nutrition testing with AK.

2014 DVD now available

Our Nov.2014 DVD is now available for purchase and is in stock. It was filmed in Phoenix area and teaches my whole protocol. New people to the technique will get an easy, efficient, and very successful way to discern and treat dysbiosis, food issues, toxic metals and chemicals, organ dysfunction, deficiencies etc. Correcting these issues in your patients will bring them to a new level of health and increase the number of referrals you get and broaden the scope of what you can treat. Many neurological, endocrine, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal, dermatological, respiratory, immune, etc. symptoms resolve quickly using these protocols.

For the doctor that is familiar with my work it will have new information and techniques that will enhance things for you, especially with the chronic patients you see. To order go to www.michaellebowitz dc.com. It comes with a complete set of notes plus you then have access to email or phone me with questions on technique, patients, etc. We have also been able to send many of you patients as we get inquiries from all over the country (and world) asking for physicians who do this work.

I am still teaching one on one seminars. We will be here in Hawaii through February and then back to Scottsdale so if interested let us know a date that works. These are ideal for personalized attention and also for getting treated. We are also contemplating teaching a seminar in the Bay area in the spring and will give you details soon.

CASE HISTORY- by Noah Lebowitz DC- Scottsdale AZ

I had a 33 year old patient who came in for general fatigue. She has had migraines since 2012 and has gotten an occipital nerve block every 4 months for the pain. For the past year she's felt "crappy" and is fatigued even though getting 12 hours of sleep per night. She also complained of having extremely tight upper traps, that wouldn't ever “release”.

She had been seeing a ND that had her on 25 different supplements.

On her first visit she showed up on the following composite vials: External Parasites, Bartonella, Chlamydia, Bacteria 2, H. Pylori, Babesia, Fungus 1, and Candida. She also showed up on Caffeine, casein, corn, chicken, and peanuts. Cadmium also showed up. (vials by AK Test Kits 1-970-201-7406- Lebowitz protocol kit)

We put her on Camu Supreme, Melia Supreme, Olive Leaf Supreme, Schisandra Supreme, Takesumi Supreme (all Supreme Nutrition 1-800-922-1744), L-Tyrosine (Thorne), and Arctic Omega (Nordic Naturals).
We also tested her on the different supplements she was taking and she weakened on 20 of them, 2 were neutral, and 1 tested strong. We suggested she give up the ones that caused muscle inhibition.

She came back 18 days later. She said the first week she felt extremely low on energy (after going off coffee) and then the second week she started to have a lot of energy. She had to take 1 Excedrin the day after her first visit (caffeine withdrawal), but then no headaches at all since (over 4 months since her last nerve block).

This time she showed up on casein again, in addition to the Bacteria 2 and Virus 2 vials. We kept her on the same supplements. Using traditional AK, I was able to release her traps, and testing things directly over them, casein again showed up (caused the traps to become hypertonic).

She came back 3 weeks later for her third check and said she feels better than she has her whole life. She wakes up energetic in the morning and is ready to start her day. She showed up on no microbes and we took her off Melia and Olive Leaf. She remains on a maintenance dose of her other supplements.

She also reported now that she has been off the dairy 100%. Her traps feel looser than they have in years.

Flu season

As flu season is upon us besides avoiding processed foods, getting enough sleep and sunshine, etc it can be advantageous to take both Illicium Supreme and Camu Supreme. Theraflu is made from a component of Illicium and Camu is a great immune system booster. I use Camu (2 heaping scoops) in my morning smoothie as well as using illicium most days.

4. Body Restoration An Owners Manual - An updated and expanded version of my first book Body Mechanics published almost 30 years ago. Part 1 has a chapter on each organ/gland. Each chapter teaches basic anatomy and physiology, causes and symptoms of dysfunction, as well as simple treatments your patient can do at home to complement your treatment. Part 2 explains the role of dysbiosis, food intolerances, toxic metals, nutritional deficiencies and neurotransmitter imbalances in health. The book is a great review for the doctor, but better yet it is a great tool to recommend to your patient. It will give them a better understanding of how their body works and the causes of health and disease, as well as the rationale of why you treat the way you do. It is very pro chiropractic. It is available for $1.99 on kindle at http://www.amazon.com/Body-Restoration-Owners-Manual-ebook/dp/B0050653C4/ref=sr_1_1?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1353354004&sr=1-1 or in PDF form: http://bodyrestorationanownersmanual.com/html/Order.html
