We have had some very interesting feedback on our lectin protocol and our new product Lectin Protect since we published a dramatic case history in the last newsletter. One doctor who had already tried great AK, flexion distraction, prolo therapy and prp for a significant disc problem, all to no avail, got tremendous relief from our lectin protocol. Another got significant relief from a sinus problem when nothing else worked. To me it is interesting how diverse the effects are.
Case History- by Jeff Robinson DC- Scottsdale AZ
46 male patient with a complaint of constant stomach pain (whose father is a Dermatologist which I say only because the patient was very skeptical about coming to see me.) Patient had an upper GI performed, CT of the abdomen, MRI of the abdomen, all unremarkable.
Patient was prescribed 40mg Omeprazol 2x/day which gave some relief but did not relieve/remove the pain at night when trying to sleep.
AK Testing revealed only one finding: H-pylori directly over the indicated pain site. Golden Thread Supreme (Supreme Nutrition 800-922-1744) blocked the finding and strengthened over GV-20. The patient was told that infection was the probable cause even though blood tests revealed no H-pylori infection and no ulcer found. I told him that I thought there was a hidden ulcer caused by infection and that golden thread could correct the infection and allow ulcer to heal.
The patient had 50% improvement after two weeks. 80% after one month. Patient then re-flared after not taking the product for 2 weeks and then was put back on the product which gave 90% improvement on a one month follow up. The patient was also told to bring saliva from spouse to check for reinfection.
Dr L’s comment- In h.pylorii that doesn’t resolve quickly I check for sexual transmission as Dr. Robinson is doing and also have the patient remove all poultry products which is another common source of exposure.
