Case History- Noah Lebowitz DC Tacoma WA
A 60 year old female came in Dec. 28. She had been previously diagnosed with CREST and osteoporosis but came in for a tooth issue. She had tooth pain for 6 months, and the dentist then pulled a tooth due to a bad root canal. 2 days after having that tooth pulled an adjacent one started to hurt and throb. It was “a constant throbbing feeling that often felt like a stabbing nerve pain”. Ora Gel would alleviate the symptoms for 30 minutes at a time, but she didn't want to continually use it so she was taking Clove oil with her everywhere, to keep applying it as a numbing agent.
She tested positive on the following vials (AK Test Kits- Lebowitz protocol Kit 970-201-7406):
Borrelia, Fungus 1, Virus 2
Albumin, Caffeine, Gliadin
Supplements were:
Vital Guard Supreme & Rosemary Supreme (Supreme Nutrition)
Oscap (Thorne Research).
I also found a dropped bilateral palate and her problematic tooth was rotated and pushed inward.
I did the above structural corrections on her and said if they were the issue, the pain would most likely improve with a day, but if it was the microbes/foods then it could take days-weeks.
Second visit: January 10th.
She came in with a smile and "really good news". Eight days after her first visit she woke up with a HUGE change and severe decrease in pain. She no longer had to use Clove oil or take Advil after waking up that day. She still had a tiny bit of pressure and sensitivity, but no pain!
Findings: Cadmium.
Continue on previous supplements which still tested positive.
Third visit: February 1st.
According to her she was "really, really good and the pain never came back!"
Every once in a while she had a little pressure, but barely noticeable. As well as slight sensitivity.
This time the only finding was "lead" over her sensitive area in the mouth, and was negated by Takesumi Supreme.
She finished the Rosemary and Vital Guard.
I'm continuing her on Oscap as it tested well, and her prior DEXA scan showing osteoporosis.
I honestly wasn't sure if I could help her tooth at all when she came in (and I told her this) but sticking to the plan and the protocol she was amazed!
ML’s comments- testing with the biomagnetic scanner over individual teeth it is common to have either a microbial vial or metal vial test positive in a problematic tooth. Sometimes a product like Oral Supreme or BFB 1 or 2 will negate it and be applied topically. Other times ingestion of products is necessary. You cannot always avoid dental intervention as in this case but as in the above case history often you can.

Each chapter teaches basic anatomy and physiology, causes and symptoms of dysfunction, as well as simple treatments your patient can do at home to complement your treatment. Part 2 explains the role of dysbiosis, food intolerances, toxic metals, nutritional deficiencies and neurotransmitter imbalances in health. The book is a great review for the doctor, but better yet it is a great tool to recommend to your patient.
