Dear Colleagues:

I hope you are doing well. As usual, I get a lot of doctors coming in the summer for our one on one seminars. It is a great way to get treated, learn all our techniques and get individualized teaching for an affordable $300 for the whole day. It would be much more profitable for me to just treat patients for the day but it is important to me that doctors who learn these techniques are able to do them well and this is a good way to make sure all questions get answered. If necessary we can also give feedback on muscle testing skills, etc. Classes are usually offered either Sundays or Mondays. You can call 970-257-0311 to schedule. There are many great things to do in this part of the country if you want to turn in into a mini vacation.

I just got back from 2 days in Colorado Springs where I was able to meet with 2 of my professional ballplayer patients. They both had been promoted from AA to AAA and this was our first visit with them since spring training. Of course we had some musculo-skeletal issues to resolve though not as many as in the spring.

One player claims that this is the first time in a number of years that he isn’t suffering from fatigue and brain fog. Most cases of fatigue and brain fog in my experience are due to dysbiosis (typically fungal) as well as food sensitivities. In his case it was stemming from plain and simple adrenal exhaustion. Unlike many natural physicians, I rarely use glandulars to treat adrenal fatigue. I feel they (glandulars) work best if there is something organically wrong with the adrenals but in most cases there are better products to utilize. In most cases, the adrenals are simply depleted from overwork, too little sleep and going to bed too late, too much caffeine and sugar, etc. Of course you cannot overlook the fact that food sensitivities and

dysbiosis are a very major cause of adrenal fatigue and that is why they are foundational in all our treatments. Lifestyle change is essential but not always practical (as is the case with a professional athlete). I personally find a number of supplements to be extremely effective (much more than glandulars in my opinion). They are as follows:

1) L-Tyrosine (Thorne Research 1-800-228-1966). Tyrosine is a precursor to epinephrine which typically gets depleted in people with hectic lifestyles and/or going through emotional trauma. Severe cases typically are accompanied by postural hypotension and light sensitivity (especially to oncoming headlights when driving at night). I typically dose one cap on awakening and one mid morning as it works better without food. On some of my professional athletes, I have had to double the dose. I have only had one athlete that has not tested as needing L-Tyrosine. L-Tyrosine is also necessary in many cases of thyroid issues. Tyrosine is also a great mood enhancer.

2) EndoSupreme (Mid American Marketing 1-800-922-1744). This is a superb adrenal adaptogen and will help the adrenals stay strong in people whose lifestyles have prolonged continued stress. It also appears to bolster most other endocrine glands too and I typically dose one cap two or three times daily. Many cultures have used it for centuries for the same purpose (energy, stamina, etc.) with great results and a majority of chronic patients can benefit from it.

3) B Complex #5 (Thorne). Thorne has a number of vitamin B Complexes -#1, #3, #5, #6, #12- each one being higher in the corresponding B vitamin. B- Complex #5 has higher levels of pantethenic acid (B5) than most B complexes. This product I have one of my ballplayers on (along with Basic Nutrients IV). I give this product often in cases of adrenal depletion and most patients do very well on it. I also use quite a bit of B-Complex #6 as B-6 is used in so many reactions in the body, being a necessary component in making most neurotransmitters, prostaglandins, breaking down histamine, etc. etc. I usually give one or two caps daily.

Of course in the long run the lifestyle changes are essential but, these three products go a long way in helping the adrenals and in my opinion work much better than specific products made to target the adrenals. In some cases only one product is necessary while in some they need 2 or 3 of them. Of course if you haven’t cleared dysbiosis, food sensitivities etc., the results will not be optimal.

Knowledge of basic muscle testing is helpful. A complete protocol is taught that you can use to treat even the most chronic patients. The video is suited for both the novice and the advanced practitioners in our work and has many changes from previous DVD’s. A complete set of advanced notes accompanies the video. This video supersedes our previous ones. Price is $250 and can be paid by check to our office or paypal to noach2343@aol.com. There is a paypal link on our website to pay also.
