I hope you are well. This is a busy spring for us. Noah and I have taken on an associate to take some of the load off - Dr Haley Nakamura who has taken over 200 hours of AK plus has been shadowing us for a month.
Noah just taught a class in London and presented at the ICAK international meeting in Montreal. We will be presenting at the ICAK Homecoming meeting in Scottsdale at the end of July https://na.eventscloud.com/website/55044/. Our presentation will be on 4 new food toxins we've been studying as well as picking up subclinical cardiac findings from certain injections many people have taken over the past 3 years. We will also be teaching a full seminar this fall in Chicago (time and place TBD).
I also have upcoming trips to Japan and Switzerland so the next four months are jam-packed. There will also be a few new supreme products this summer and 2 research papers will be added to my website in August.
Case Histories
1. Submitted by Jeff Robinson DC- Scottsdale AZ
64-year-old male with Vertigo, bilateral arm pain and hives for the past three years. On testing the following vials were found from the Lebowitz protocol kit: gliadin, lactose, casein, caffeine, paraxanthine, theobromine, lectins, mercury, lead, copper, silicone, titanium, mixed virus 2, mixed candida, mixed fungus 2, mixed borrelia, mixed virus 3, and mixed protozoa.
The patient was visiting from Denver and was only looking for an adjustment but I told him that an adjustment alone would not correct his problems. It was the first time a physician had told him his problems could be from heavy metals and infections.
Woad Supreme, Camu Supreme, Takesumi Supreme (Supreme Nutrition products) and Magnesium Citrate (Thorne) were prescribed.
The patient was instructed to follow up with a DC in Denver.
The patient returned to my office 6 weeks later. His vertigo and hives were completely gone and his arm pain was reduced by 70%. He had followed up with the physician in Denver who added Glucosamine and Dan Shen Supreme.

Marti is a 46-year-old woman who came in 3 weeks ago. She complained (in her own words) of “digestive issues- extreme episodes on the toilet- fever, stabbing pain, feels like I could die.” The episodes would last about 45 minutes (followed by exhaustion and weakness the rest of the day) and she averaged 4- 5 episodes a week. They had been going on for 27 years (since she was 19) without any weeks without multiple episodes. She had colonoscopies, multiple physicians of all types, etc. with no help. Her diet was fairly healthy/whole food based. Findings from the Lebowitz protocol kit were babesia, bartonella (hypertonic), fungus 3 (hypertonic), candida, zein, casein, caffeine. We prescribed as per our testing the following 3 Supreme Nutrition products- Black Walnut, Mimosa, Scutellaria as well as Pharma Gaba by Thorne. She removed the positive foods from her diet as well as sweetening and fungally fermented foods.
Marti returned 2 weeks later. She said she had no episodes from the moment she left the office 2 weeks ago and that it was a miracle (she is still fine at 3 weeks). She tested clear of the above findings. She cheated once on caffeine and “inflamed severely", tho not GI symptoms). We will continue to monitor her for this and other issues.
When people respond immediately it is hard to know which variables you addressed were primary (though in many ways it doesn't matter). Was it the food avoidance, first dose or two of pills (obviously they didn't correct the dysbiosis in just a day), something about exposing her to the vials to help the body recognize the problem, etc., etc. Or did we just lower her total load so much that her body did the rest. I wasn't expecting this immediate response after 27 years of failed medical intervention. In these type cases we often get pretty miraculous results but it usually takes a little more time.
Her 12-year-old daughter also came in. Since she started menstruating 6 months previously she would only go 14 days between cycles. We found the following from the protocol kit: Fungus 1, Fungus 2, Candida, Gliadin Casein, Alpha Solanine, plus all 3 estrogens in the kit. We took her off the foods and supplemented with Scutellaria, Mimosa and Golden Thread (Supreme Nutrition products). She returned and was 24 days into her cycle (which she had never had before). We surmise the fungal issues had been overloading liver degradation of estrogen and when we took care of the fungal issue everything normalized.
Both patients responded optimally. In functional medicine, we probably would have spent a few thousand dollars for tests. It would have taken a few weeks to get the results back and it is hard to say how they would have responded to the treatments (she had already tried that approach) without using AK to individualize her program. I have nothing against utilizing labs in a case like hers for a baseline or if she has not been responding to treatment but the above saved her much money as well as correcting things speedily.

35-year-old female came in who was having trouble losing weight. Had tried going on Thyroid medication 4 months before but no improvement and she then stopped. Currently weight 133#. 1 year prior had only weighed 105. If anything her diet was better than before and no decrease in activity level. Chronic yeast infections would typically come before her period. Felt tired. Would wake groggy.
Positive vials: bartonella, chlamydia, fungus 2, mycotoxins, parasite 2 external, parasite 2 internal, virus 2, caffeine. albumin, gliadin, industrial/environmental, platinum
We prescribed: Tyrosine (Metabolic Maintenance), Melia Supreme for her and her husband to be safe,Takesumi Supreme Powder
She returned back 18 days later. She hadn't mentioned at first visit but she had been getting joint pain before coming in the first time. Two days after starting Melia the joint pain went away and hadn't come back. She lost 6 pounds so far. No afternoon energy dip at 3PM (possibly due to correcting dysbiosis and avoiding food triggers aiding in adrenal restoration). Reported not taking the tyrosine consistently since was giving headaches (in a small minority of patients tyrosine will convert to tyramine and cause headaches). Tyrosine tested weak. Melia and takesumi were neutral so told to finish. Schisandra was positive, so gave 1 bottle. She continues to do well and lose weight. Often fungal involvement can include an inability to lose weight despite an appropriate diet and resolving the fungal issue will restore the ability to lose weight as well as restore energy etc.
